We have a subscription so all you need to do is go to the website: www.formed.org/signup
Click "signup" enter the church zipcode "54401", select "St. Matthew Parish" from the dropdown box, then click "next". They will ask for your name and your email address. Then click "Sign Up".

   The site has very good Catholic content, including videos, audio programs, programs for kids, numerous Bible studies, stories about the saints, ebooks, and you can watch on your smart TV or mobile device, too.
