  •     Ministry to the Homebound

Every 1st Friday of the month, volunteers visit and bring Holy Communion to members of our parish who are either homebound or reside in an assisted living facility or nursing home.

These parishioners greatly enjoy being visited, remain connected to the parish, and to be able to receive our Lord in Holy Communion.

If you are interested in volunteering for this ministry, contact Dorothy Giallombardo.

  •       Money Counter Groups

The Money Counter Groups are the groups who take turns counting the contributions we receive on the weekend.  These individuals have an eye for detail and also enjoy the time spent with each other.

  •              Jubilee House

Jubilee House is an independent organization that serves a free community meal in the school cafeteria of Faith Christian Academy, the school located next to the church, every Thursday from 4:30 pm-6:00 pm.

Jubilee House was founded in the spirit of Dorothy Day and her Catholic Worker Houses, which provide similar community meals.  Different groups from the community prepare and serve meals, as well as build community with those who attend.

For more information about how to volunteer with Jubilee House, contact Gary and Judy Tapper.

Meetings begin with praise and worship, followed by individual prayer with Scripture. People share insights and words of wisdom, as well as intentions for the group to pray for. The evening ends with more praise and worship.
